  • Send a letter to your patients letting them know that a new normal exists, and part of that is regular mental health care.
  • Let your patients and those who follow you on social media know you are open.

  • Be sure your website has your policy on how you keep everyone safe in your clinic.
  • Write a blog on pertinent topics – How Mental Health is Essential. Staying positive during Covid-19. Supporting friends and neighbors during this difficult time.

  • Provide tips on your website on how students and their parents can stay healthy with the New Normal.

 

4. Reconnect with referral sources – Let them know you are open.

  • Send a personal or broad email and/or letter to those who know you. Let them know you are open and patient need extra screening and care.
